LGBT DEATH PENALTY
The death penalty is lifted, preventing a person from getting killed based solely off of their sexual orientation.

There has been a lot of hysteria that has been going on. Through all of the commotion there has also been the discussion over congress's decision. That the death penalty should be used as a form of punishment for consensual gay relationships. There has been a call for celebration from the LGBT Community, as the group calls it a “historic first”. The court's decision helped to put a smile on all LGBT supporters faces. People are happy that this whole thing is under control now. Many homosexuals were afraid for their lives, due to the police’s hostility towards them which would result to them getting shot or killed, simply due to pure hatred.
Today there are people who are shrouded by the misconception that every human being is suppose to be exactly the same, act exactly the same, and think exactly the same. People all across the world are acting in anger, killing and scrutinizing a person solely based off of their sexual orientation, or their way of life. This is a new step for equality. |
LGBT community in india supporting the removal of the death penalty for homosexuals
While america is seemed to have taken a couple steps forward, other places across the world seem to be stuck without the same freedoms as here in states. Different countries have harsher and different ways of execution. The U.S. has taken a big step forward, while the rest of the world seems to be in the need of catching up. Now that there seems to be a sense of justice here in America, there is still a fight to fight on for the other countries that still crave justice.
