Amazon Go was built to provide a shopping experience with no lines and no checkout. The Amazon Go store is currently located in Seattle Washington, and is open from 7am to 9pm on Monday through Friday. Although there are no checkout lines, there are still employees who work in the store to prep food, help customers, and stock shelves.

Amazon Go is essentially a grocery store in which one can buy already cooked meals, snacks, meal kits, and many other grocery essentials. To enter the store, use the Amazon Go app which allows the customer to pick out the products that they would like to purchase, then walk out when finish without having to wait in any busy lines. The store technology senses when a customer takes a product off of the shelf and if it gets put back. The products that are taken off of the shelf get put into a virtual cart on the app, and when they leave the Amazon account is charged and a receipt is sent out to the purchaser.
The Amazon Go app is available on both Apple and Google Play store. To successfully use the app billing information must be provided in able to pay when a purchase is made. The exterior of the Amazon Go store in Seattle, WA.
